With Covid around, we have seen that we are only as strong as our bodies are.
If we are in a lot of pain, we may be sleeping horribly, which will lower the immune system automatically. Then, we may eat unhealthy foods because we are in too much pain to want to cook healthy foods and this many also slow down healing and lower the immune system, yet again- especially if we eat foods high in added sugar.
This leads to a continuous loop of pain, inflammation and lowered mood/irritability that continues until life changes are made.
