If you know me, you know I am always talking about how important water is!
It makes up about 60% of our body weight and most organ and vital functions need water desperately. That says a lot!

And if you are consistently dehydrated, your body is in a large deficit and will need consistent water to become hydrated again.Water is so important!

Take your body weight and divide that number by 2 and that is approximately how many ounces of water you need in one day- this means that you need to be drinking that amount every day!

Lack of water can cause constipation and can also increase pain levels.

Your intervertebral discs are anywhere from 66%-86% water and if you have disc issues you may experience more pain when you are dehydrated!

You can end up feeling increased body pain, get headaches and even be constipated due to dehydration.

So, don’t forget to drink up!
